I felt a bit funny when I first started racing but that settled down after a few laps and I don't feel sick or anything. I took some screenshots to compare areas and all the details and objects look the same as in the 2D version, just more blurry in the pics, but in VR it looks clear. The game looks a lot better than I thought possible, you can see the image is a bit softer, kind of like 1440p and the colors aren't quite as vibrant as my LGC1.Īlso, there is still Mura, kind of like a faint muck over the screen but nowhere near as PSVR1, not noticeable unless you really fixate on it, unlike the first headset where it was always off-putting. Also VR mode doesn't is treated entirely separate from the main game so fresh save with no unlocks and you don't unlock any of the trophies while in VR, what the hell?!!! Resident Evil Village – a reasonable amount of effort put into this one but those manual controls did me in on the first swarm encounter lol. The biggest win vs PSVR or my Rift S is the comfort factor and lack of fogging, that is fantastic! Also VR mode is treated entirely separate from the main game so fresh save with no unlocks and you don't unlock any of the trophies while in VR, what the hell?!!!įinally a bit of Horizon – ugh it looks great but this is some naff VR novelty nonsense, hopefully gets a bit better as you go on.

Next Tetris Effect Connected - oh dear should have tried this first to see what vibration intensity is like dialed to 12 - vibrating with the beat so cool Only took one break around the 90 minute mark, way more easy on the eyes and to wear and that fan preventing fogging works a treat, no more fogging thank fuck.įist up Thumper – getting the headset and sense vibrations going is cool, also game is only 220mb on PS5, kraken!
